hii my charging port was damaged n i replaced my charging port on the fone now when i connect to desktop manager its not getting connected to it my phone is bb curve 8520 but it connects when bb 9700 connects to it?? some body pleaz help me 1!!!!

Could somebody please help me... It's very frustrating... i've try it bout hundred times but the OS won't be installed...
